Welcome!

Hello, my name is Nigel Kendrick, also known online as Linker3000. I am an IT person with over 30 years experience in areas such as: computer equipment retail sales and distribution, computer manufacturing, data centre operations, service desk leadership (ITSM / ITIL), IT project management & DevOps, InfoSec, mentoring and training in both technical and soft skills subjects.

I also have experience as a hands-on systems and networking engineer in data centre ops, incident and problem management, systems design, networking, cloud infrastructure and virtualisation. I have worked for small businesses, local government and global corporates.

Hobbies

My main hobby is electronic engineering, where you'll find me at the right end of a soldering iron or doing some coding and documentation for a STEM project; I am very proud to be a STEM Ambassador, which is voluntary education role.
